Coaching, Training, and Mentoring Program
tramelda training is the exclusive provider of a comprehensive, seven-module coaching program
designed to support entrepreneurial families in creating their own family-based caregiving business.
The program consists of seven core modules, each with a video presentation, homework, and an hour-long, one-on-one coaching session. In addition to the seven core modules below, you’ll have access to more than six bonus modules, and hundreds of links to resources proven to work in actual homes. You’ll also be a part of our weekly group video coaching sessions, where we cover special topics unique to the business – plus we have an open Q&A session once each month where you can ask any question on any topic…and you have access to the entire archive of the weekly group video coaching sessions.

Finding Your Why
The foundation of building any business is knowing why, because those who know why will always employ those who know how. In this session, we’ll begin exploring what’s going to keep you going when the going gets tough.
A Day In the Life
In this session, you will be guided through the process of envisioning your perfect day so that you can create the lifestyle you want with more perfect days doing the things you love.
Creating Community
What is your business plan? More than a document, we’ll walk you through the process of planning so that you can create a successful business before you even open your doors.
Creating Support
What makes a good employee? What makes a good boss? In this session, we'll examine how you can be a great boss and attract fabulous employees.
Financial Review
What do you have available in terms of finance? And where do you have finance available that you might not see? Together, we will inventory your current financial situation and build financial models and projections to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Business Review
What do you want to accomplish with your new business...and what entity structure will support those objectives? We'll review your objectives and options so that your entity structure supports your goals rather than hindering them.
Recordkeeping
From strategic planning to compliance reporting, we'll dig into all the kinds of information you'll want and need to empower success in your new business.
